Smart Food NY’s food distribution website is an online platform that helps our clients purchase food supplies from us online and allows us to distribute to them on a timely manner. It allows the businesses we cater to to search for what items we supply and at what price quickly and efficiently.

To create an account, click on the "Sign In/Sign Up" button on our homepage. You will need to provide some basic information about your business, including your contact details.
3. How do I place an order?

Once you're logged in,you have to submit a credit application to browse our
product catalog and add items to your cart. When the application is approved by our team, pricing on the website will be available on most of the items on the website. After, proceed to the checkout, where you can review your order and select your preferred payment method, and pick delivery window.

4. Can I track my order after it's been placed?
Yes, you can track your order's status by logging into your account and visiting the "Order History" section. You'll find real-time updates on your order's progress.
5. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept a variety of payment methods online, including credit cards, debit cards, electronic funds transfers (EFT), and more. However, credit cards and debit cards are subject to a 3% processing fee. We also have non-electronic payment methods such as Check and Cash on Delivery (COD). You can select your preferred payment option during the checkout process.

6. Do you have a minimum order requirement?

Our company services the Metro NY area, and once the business account is
approved, a $150 minimum order is the requirement for delivery.
For local cash and carry pickup, we do not have a minimum order.

7. What is your delivery timeframe?
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the products ordered. Typically, we attempt to deliver same-day or the day after the order is confirmed, depending on location. Our current return policy is that we can provide a replacement or a full refund if the defective product(s) are acknowledged within 24 hours of delivery.
